Who it’s for
Established, owner-led UK businesses, typically with 5–50 staff, that have a Blueprint and want the system it calls for built and switched on. Every engagement starts with a Blueprint; Build implements what that plan recommends, and nothing it advised against.
What we build
- Working agents on the workflows from your Blueprint.
- Approval queues: agents propose, your people approve.
- Agents that live in your Slack: a short brief each morning, questions answered in normal language and, once they’ve earned it, the ability to get on with something you’ve asked for in a message.
- Dashboards and integrations wired into the tools you already run.
We’re not tied to any vendor. We recommend whatever works in your workflow, at a cost that makes sense, explained in terms you can check.
The controls go in first
Every agentic system we build ships with four controls, in place before the first mistake rather than after it.
- Approval queues. Nothing irreversible happens without a human decision, until your team decides otherwise.
- Earned autonomy. Every agent starts with none and earns wider limits through a track record your team can inspect at any time.
- Spend caps. Hard caps, per user and per agent.
- Audit trails and escalation. Every action logged and attributable, with a human escalation path wired into the system itself.
What you own at handover
The client-specific build is yours: code, prompts, dashboards and documentation for the system we agreed. Before anything starts, the proposal says plainly what transfers to you, what stays Woodlark’s reusable intellectual property, and which third-party services carry on running afterwards. Nobody should discover any of that at handover.
How long it takes
About six weeks from the end of the Blueprint. After handover, Embed covers training, an operating rhythm and clear ownership, until your team runs and improves the system without us.
Working examples
- A collections workflow that handles routine invoice chasing and keeps the sensitive accounts with a person.
- A sales pipeline linked to warehouse capacity for a UK logistics business.
- Our work with Walker Logistics.
Each should be read in its own context; none is a promise of the same result elsewhere.
Who does the work
The founders, Trent Peek and Richard Ardis, build what they scoped. You’re never handed on to people you haven’t met.
When to start somewhere else
If there’s no Blueprint yet, start there: Build only implements what a plan has justified. And if the Blueprint says something shouldn’t be automated, we won’t build it.
