03 · Common questions

Before you call.

What happens on the discovery call?

Thirty minutes. We listen for the first ten, ask questions for fifteen, and tell you the honest answer for the last five. We'll either recommend a Brief or Diagnostic, point you somewhere else, or say "not yet". You leave with a written follow-up either way.

Do you do free consulting on the call?

Not really. The call is a fit assessment, not a working session. If you want a working session, the Brief is £995 and it's two hours of our undivided attention on your single most important question.

Are you taking on new clients?

Almost always for Briefs and Diagnostics. We're capped at three retainer clients at a time, so retainer availability varies — but the diagnostic is what unlocks the retainer anyway, so book that and we'll figure it out together.

How do you respond if I email instead?

One of us replies inside 48 hours, usually with a proposed call slot. If we're full, you'll get a date when we can talk and a useful answer to your question in the meantime.
