Who it’s for
Established, owner-led UK businesses, typically with 5–50 staff and at least ten years of trading. You have a specific operational problem, usually time lost to manual work that never quite gets fixed, and you’re willing to involve the people who do that work.
You don’t need to be technical. The plan is written for the people who run the business, in plain language.
The problem it solves
Good plans usually stall before the build gets a chance. Someone automated the wrong job, nobody agreed who signs things off, and the team it landed on was never asked.
Blueprint starts with one question: where would AI move a number you already care about? Not where it would demo well.
What we do in the two weeks
We work inside your workflows and your systems. We map how work actually moves through the business, which is rarely what the org chart says. Then we separate the real opportunities from the noise and make the case for each one.
We also write down what not to automate, and why. Some of the most valuable lines in the plan are the ones that stop a bad project before it starts.
What you receive
- A map of your workflows as they actually run.
- A shortlist of the places AI would make a measurable difference, with the case for each.
- A clear list of what not to automate, and why.
- An operating plan you own, whether or not we build it.
How long it takes and what it costs
Blueprint takes two weeks and is a fixed fee. Before it, there’s a thirty-minute conversation with a founder. If a Blueprint isn’t the right next step, we’ll say so and tell you what is.
Each step has a clear end point. You can stop after Blueprint and take the plan elsewhere, or carry on to Build, where we implement what the plan calls for.
Who does the work
The founders, Trent Peek and Richard Ardis, scope every Blueprint. The people who write your plan are the people who would build it. There’s no account layer.
Evidence
Our published work shows what came out of six anonymised engagements, including sales visibility for a UK logistics business and invoice collections for a service business. Each should be read in its own context; none is a promise of the same result elsewhere.
When a Blueprint isn’t the answer
If AI isn’t right for your business, the Blueprint says so. We write “what not to automate” down as a deliverable rather than hiding it in the small print. If a two-week Blueprint stops you spending six months on something doomed, that’s money well spent.
