Anonymised client engagement · Branded merchandise supplier

From telephone orders to branded self-service storefronts

A branded merchandise supplier was taking recurring orders by phone: logos on pens, business cards, mugs, caps and apparel — most of it routine, all of it manual.

01

The challenge

Repeat orders for standard branded merchandise were largely handled by phone. Customers needed to call for items such as stationery, apparel and promotional products; the team then had to re-enter familiar orders manually.

02

What Woodlark built

Woodlark designed and developed a suite of personalised web-to-print portals. Each client could enter a branded space, see approved products and artwork, view pricing and place an order directly.

03

The change

Ordering became a straightforward self-service experience. With less time spent administering repeat requests, the internal team could put more attention into product development, supplier relationships and commercial improvement.
