Where we work from
Nottingham is our operating base. We work with clients across the UK, both on site and remotely.
For businesses in and around Nottingham, meeting on site is straightforward. For clients elsewhere in the UK, we travel when the work needs us in the room and work remotely the rest of the time.

Who we work with
Established, owner-led UK businesses, typically with 5–50 staff and at least ten years of trading. The common thread is a specific operational problem, usually time lost to manual work that never quite gets fixed, and an owner willing to involve the people who do that work.
We start with the business problem, not the technology. Sometimes the answer is an AI agent. Sometimes it’s a dashboard, an approval step or a decision not to automate at all.
How an engagement works
Before anything else, there’s a thirty-minute conversation with a founder. If a Blueprint isn’t the right next step, we’ll say so.
Blueprint · two weeks
We spend two weeks inside your workflows and systems and identify where AI would move a number you already care about. You leave with an operating plan you own, whether or not we build it, including a written list of what not to automate.
Build · about six weeks
We build the system the Blueprint calls for, connected to the tools you already use, with approvals, spend caps and a log of every action from day one.
Embed · ongoing
Training, an operating rhythm, clear ownership and regular reviews, until your team runs and improves the system without us.
