Five questions, answered straight.

Do you do fractional CMO / CRO work?

No. Fractional means part-time and ongoing. Our retainers are fixed-term and scoped to ship a specific engine — then we leave. We're not interested in becoming a fixture on your payroll.

Will you cold-call our prospects?

We write the playbook, the cadences, and the first 50 messages with you. We don't run an outsourced SDR team — your salespeople do the work, and we sit alongside them while they build the muscle.

What size businesses do you work with?

Post-product-market-fit B2B, typically £500k–£10m ARR. Earlier than that and most of our work would be premature. Larger than that and you usually need an internal team, not us.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We guarantee the work, the rigour, and the diagnostic accuracy. Growth depends on a hundred things outside any consultant's control — we own the ones we can.

What if I'm not a fit for a retainer?

The diagnostic ends with a written recommendation — sometimes it's "not yet" or "not us". You keep the report either way. That's the deal.
