Apples-to-apples comparisons.
Pick-and-pack, storage, inbound, returns, surcharges — every 3PL prices differently and most of it is opaque. We rebuild the rate card in your terms so the comparison is real.

Now we help brands find the right fit for theirs.
Independent fulfilment-partner matching for UK and EU e-commerce brands, built around operational fit, growth ambition, and long-term alignment.
Because the best partnerships work both ways.
On-time-in-full is the number your customer feels. We've watched 3PLs trade it for margin, and brands pay the price for two years.

Some are great at peak and bad at recovery. Some can't handle returns. Some don't speak your tech stack. We've worked with most of them — we know who breaks where.
EU customer-service in five languages, IOSS handling, EU/UK split, country-specific carriers. We map your customer mix to a 3PL that won't drop the call.
A 50-order-a-day brand and a 5,000-order-a-day brand should not share a 3PL. We pick partners that are happy with you at this volume — and ready for your next 18 months.
We take no commission, no referral fee, no rebate, no kind of payment from any 3PL — ever. The only people paying us are the brands we work for. In writing.
We're inside multiple 3PLs every month. We know who's growing, who's slipping, who just lost their ops director. Network research, not a directory.
A three-step ladder, each step a fixed fee, each one optional. Stop at any point and you keep everything we've written.
£995one-off
A two-hour working session with one of the founders, plus a written brief on what to look for and what to avoid in your next 3PL. Useful even if you go on to choose your own.
£2,995fixed fee
A shortlist of three 3PLs, scored against your brief, with rate-card comparison and references. We sit in two of the conversations with you.
£4,995flat fee
We project-manage the move. Stock transfer plan, SLA negotiation, integration testing, the lot. From sign-off to first live order, with you the whole way.
One of us has run e-commerce ops for a brand shipping 40,000 customers in six months. The other has scaled a brand to £11m and felt every 3PL failure ripple through the customer-service queue.
We started Woodlark Fulfilment because the 3PL matching that exists in the market is a referral racket dressed as advice. Brokers take commission from the warehouse and call themselves consultants. We don't, and we never will.
Independence is the product. Our intake agreement says so in writing. We earn fees only from the people we work for.
Fees from the brands we work for. The Brief is £995, the Match is £2,995, the Transition is £4,995 — and that's the entire price list. No commissions, ever. If a 3PL offers us a referral fee we say no in writing and tell you about it.
No, and we never will. We keep an active map of around forty UK and EU 3PLs and update it monthly. The shortlist we give you is the right shortlist for your business — not the warehouses that took us to lunch.
Typically 1,000–50,000 orders per month. Smaller and most 3PLs aren't a fit anyway. Larger and you usually need a contract-logistics provider, not a 3PL — we'll tell you so on the discovery call.
UK and EU. We have working relationships across Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, France, Ireland, and Spain. US fulfilment is outside our circle of competence and we'll tell you that, too.
Typically 3–4 weeks from kick-off to shortlist. The transition phase, if you take it, is a further 6–12 weeks depending on integration complexity and stock-transfer logistics.
Good — keep them. The Brief is a useful sanity check for the next contract cycle. About 30% of Brief clients stay with their current 3PL afterwards with a renegotiated rate. We're fine with that outcome.
Book a call. We'll listen, ask what you ship and to whom, and tell you whether the Brief, the Match, or none of the above is the right next step.
